Sands was a little bit yellow for this pic so I added a subtle bit of Plum underneath to bring the warmth in the skintones back!

I've been digging around in Set 1 & 2 for this weeks Friday Formula. With 20 actions to choose from, there are lots and lots of possible combinations but this formula was definitely my favourite.

Today we have friend of Devlin Photos Photoshop Actions, Lydia Stamps Photography In Action. Lydia sent us this beautiful image the other day and we instantly fell in love with it! When I put chocolate chip cookie on this gorgeous photo, I thought that was all it needed! But in the name of Friday Formulas, and mixing it up a little, I opened Set III. My eyes went straight to Plum and I thought - "Plum? That doesn't sound like it'll work (I mean - noone ever made plum and choc chip cookies did they!?) but to hell with it, I'll give it a go!" And thus I fell upon a happy accident, Plum + Chocolate Chip Cookie, it does work, it works a treat :)

This week we've created a little Add Noise tool for you. I think it works best combined with other actions like in the example included below (with Cool Vignette and Basic Fade) - don't forget to merge the noise layer with the background (cmd + shift + e) before running another action on top!

So you want to get the most out of your actions and avoid making your pics look like everyone elses?! Well my advice is don't hold back with trying out different combinations, you can use our actions as a basis for creating your very own unique set!
Below is a pic of Lisa's super gorgeous kids, Sorcha and Keeva. I ran a few of my favourite actions and then played around with their order and opacity, it didn't take me long to come to these combinations which I think work really well and are totally unique!

Morning everyone! So you've downloaded Basic Pop, Highlight Rescue, and Basic Haze for free and Basic Warmth for £1? Now it's time to make the most of them.
